Intern Program

It is the goal of our program to provide participants with a diverse view of the Federal criminal justice system. Participants should also expect to gain substantial insight on the Florida criminal justice system and the criminal justice system of other states our office may interact with. The program is designed to allow participants to play an active role in probation and pretrial work, rather than just being an observer. Through observing the work activities of the members of a criminal justice agency and by working under the close supervision of probation officers, participants will be better prepared to assess their own interest and potential for a career in the criminal justice system.
